We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If not, for a full refund:
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please email us at custsvc@dogoutletstore.com or contact us at our Customer Service Department at 1-951-808-1225 Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time.
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date that you receive the item.
- Item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and materials
Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser's card only. Check, cash or money orders will be refunded by check. Please allow two weeks for processing
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We will pay return shipping for all defective returns. Items that are defective require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please email us at custsvc@dogoutletstore.com or contact us at our Customer Service Department at 1-951-808-1225 Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time.
Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturers warranty) will be replaced or repaired, at our option, if the product is still a part of our current product line. Products that are no longer a part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturers' warranty terms and restrictions apply. Please supply as much of the original packaging as possible.
