Shipping Policy
ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS
- All items are shipped within 48 hours and most orders are turned around the same day.
- We make every effort to pack all items with the same care we would use if we had to ship to ourselves. We do not use styrofoam peanuts or other non-biodegradable products as we are and always have been very eco conscious.
- We ship by two methods; FedEx., Parcel Post and Priority Mail. We have found that there are substantial savings that can be gained by using the good old US Mail system with either Parcel Post or Priority Mail..
- Once your order has shipped, we will notify you with the tracking number so you will know where your order is at all times. You may also login to your customer account and track it from there also, if you wish.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
While every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives safely, it is still always possible for it to be damaged during transit, Should this happen, contact us as soon as possible at custsvc@dogoutletstore.com and we will take it from there.
